Work with managers and leaders to provide insight into opportunities for changing and enhancing their management styles and actions.
Provide gap analysis and training plans for front line staff, supervisors and managers.
Provide interviews and assessments for Personal Development Plans; share and monitor key leadership disciplines.
Provide multi-discipline plans such as: recruiting; SOP development; process reviews; organizational reviews; creating on-boarding and orientation programs; productivity reviews and auditing of each.
Active listening with strong curiosity (asking questions) to determine the root of issues
(rather than just the symptoms which are often the only communication being expressed or heard).
Adaptation of the “rocks, pebbles, sand” filling of a vessel. The need to focus on balancing or prioritizing issues; often we allow all of the time we have, in dealing with the small stuff (sand) and if not balanced with the big stuff (rocks) and routine items (pebbles) the vessel fills (time runs out) without dealing with them all (balance of accomplishment).
Data provides information to identify and realize your goals “that which is measured is accomplished”
Taking action; sometimes even the wrong decision creates forward movement; “no decision is not a decision”.
